Bartolomucci Family Medicine is a family medicine practice founded by Dr. Kevin Bartolomucci and his wife, physician assistant Rebecca Bartolomucci. Kevin and Rebecca both grew up in Greensburg Pennsylvania and have been working in family medicine since 2012. In 2015, Kevin earned his medical degree in Osteopathic Medicine from Lake Erie College and graduated residency from Excela Health Latrobe Family Medicine. Kevin and Rebecca credit their son, Armond, as a motivating factor to pursue family medicine.
As a friendly and patient-oriented practice, our small and dedicated team puts the focus on listening to and educating patients about healthy lifestyle choices, as well as developing individualized treatment plans. Our continuing mission is to create and empower lifelong health.As family medicine providers, we are trained to see patients spanning all age groups, from infancy to senior years. We provide the full spectrum of primary care services in a compassionate, personalized environment that makes you feel safe, comfortable, and unrushed.

Melissa DiFonso, Clinical Staff Melissa is known for her warm and caring approach to patient care. She takes the time to listen to patients' concerns and provides them with the information and support they need. She has a wide range of knowledge with over 26 years in healthcare, working in Gynecology, Respiratory and Sleep Medicine, Urgent care, Orthopedics, and Family Medicine. Melissa's vibrant personality is contagious. She creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making patients feel comfortable and relaxed even in potentially stressful situations. Her positive energy contributes significantly to a positive patient experience.
